Apps Script triggers a webhook to Make.com, which calls the Pipedrive API, retrieves the full lead record, and passes all the data back to populate the quote automatically — name, event date, guest count, selected services, catering package, seasonal pricing adjustments.
The quote is formatted, calculated, and ready to review in under 60 seconds. The assistant checks it in 2–3 minutes and sends.
