Built for business brokers who want a dependable pipeline
Systemify is a growth and deal-operations systems partner that helps business brokers find more buyers and sellers and keep the work behind every deal moving.
Why we focus on business brokers
A brokerage cannot separate growth from delivery. Seller outreach, buyer relationships, qualification, valuation preparation, matching, follow-up, documents, and diligence all feed the same pipeline. When those activities live in disconnected inboxes, spreadsheets, and systems, good opportunities are easier to miss and active deals demand more manual coordination.
Systemify focuses on connecting that work. The goal is not to add more software. It is to give brokers a clearer, more reliable operating system for creating qualified conversations and moving them forward.
Who is behind Systemify
Systemify Automation is led by Yassir Amhot, an operations and automation specialist who has designed and implemented lead-management, reporting, CRM, document, and AI-assisted workflows across multiple industries.
Our most directly relevant work includes rebuilding a mission-critical valuation workflow and implementing lead-capture systems for The Law Practice Exchange. Other client work is presented honestly as evidence of transferable capabilities—not as business-broker experience when it is not. You can review the underlying projects in our case studies.
What we help brokers improve
- Buyer and seller pipeline — Prospecting, lead capture, follow-up, dormant-deal reactivation, scoring, and daily prioritization.
- Online and AI visibility — Website, content, structure, and authority signals that make the brokerage easier to discover and understand in search and AI-assisted research.
- Valuation and vetting workflows — Structured intake, financial-data preparation, buyer and seller qualification, matching, and review checkpoints.
- Communications and documents — Routine follow-up, meeting preparation, teasers, summaries, reports, and document assembly with professional approval where required.
- Connected deal operations — Clean handoffs among the CRM, spreadsheets, models, inboxes, shared drives, and reporting tools your team already uses.

How we work
We start with the brokerage’s real process: where leads originate, how buyers and sellers are assessed, what information moves between tools, where professional judgment is required, and what causes opportunities or active deals to stall. Then we prioritize the smallest set of changes capable of producing a useful operational result.
Systems are built around existing tools when practical. Deliverables include plain-language documentation, training, ownership and access records, and a handover path. Material valuations, outreach, transaction documents, diligence conclusions, and consequential communications remain under authorized human control.
What we will not promise
We do not guarantee search rankings, recommendations from ChatGPT or Claude, deal volume, valuations, or closed transactions. We build the systems and operating discipline that can improve visibility, response, consistency, and pipeline coverage; brokers remain responsible for professional judgment and relationships.
We also avoid unnecessary lock-in. The intended result is a system your team can understand, own, and continue operating after delivery. Our security and AI governance page explains the controls and current assurance boundaries in more detail.
